A sales dashboard and report connecting product performance, regional differences, and customer purchase totals.

- Join Product, Sales Order Header, and Sales Order Detail tables; build Tableau views with date, territory, and customer filters.
- The takeaway
- The report identifies differences in Mountain and Road product performance in territories 2 and 9, suggesting areas for further marketing analysis.

Created Microsoft Visio network rack elevation drawings and confirmed access point locations against architectural drawings.
Network tools & inventory
Used Cisco DNA Center to view access point locations and maps. Inventoried switches and access points for recycling and upcoming deployment.
Environmental monitoring
Deployed a temperature and humidity monitoring system in a remote site's switch closet.
Learning across IT teams
Observed access point console workflows and met other IT groups to understand their responsibilities.
